Billingham Team Parish

Billingham Team Parish is a Church of England parish in the Diocese of Durham, covering the area of Billingham, Wolviston, The Clarences, Cowpen Bewley, Newton Bewley and the Seal Sands Industrial Estate. We work for the good of the whole parish from church centres at St Aidan's, St Cuthbert's, St Luke's and St Peter's Wolviston.

The parish is in a big period of change at the moment, and we'll be posting regularly to keep you in the picture, and maybe inspire you to be a part of the changes.

We'd really love to connect with you, so please contact the church office or one of the clergy if we can help in any way.

What's on

God is Gone Up! Daily Prayer from Ascension to Pentecost

Occuring
Every day at for 1 hour, 30 mins
Venue
St Aidan's Billingham
Address
Tintern Avenue Billingham, TS23 2DF, United Kingdom

We invite you to join in a season of prayer with us during Thy Kingdom Come - from Ascension to Pentecost. We will gather each day at 1.00pm at St Aidan's (and on Facebook Live) for a short service of prayer focusing on the theme "God is Gone Up!" and using one image daily from the set painted by Chris Duffett for Thy Kingdom Come 2024.

The church will be open for prayer for an hour afterwards, and the full set of Chris's images will gradually be revealed and available for reflective prayer.

Join us as we pray together and both wait to be "clothed with power from on high” and "meet continually in the temple blessing God" (Luke 24.49,53).
